With Support from the Football Foundation, the club began its football coaching at West View leisure centre. Linking up with the PNE 'football in the community' scheme, who provided the coaches and coaches from the club, a series of coaching sessions were organized.

The sessions attracted over fifty participants aged eight to fifteen.
