The Club attempts to adopt a professional attitude in all that it does. To work towards this, the Club has developed a number of policies and procedures. The following is an example of this:

Policies the club has:

  • Child Protection
  • Equality/Diversity
  • Code of conduct for Parents, players, coaches and volunteers

Procedures the club encourages:

  • CRB checks on all Coaches/volunteers
  • All Coaches/Volunteers are insured
  • Carrying out health and Safety checks on facilities/provision
  • Observing good practice on data protection/storage and photography/filming

In order to demonstrate the Club's commitment, the club is working towards a number of good practice standards:

  • Make Space Status Club (Achieved in 2005)
  • British Sports Trust - JSLA/CSLA (Achieved Delivery centre status in 2006)
  • FA Charter Club - (Achieved February 2007)
  • ECB Club Mark (Achieved March 2007)
  • PQASSO Standard (Achieved Level One 2008)
