Due to demand, coaching sessions for girls were started in the summer of 2009 at Deepdale school. Due to its success, this will be repeated again in 2010, with a view to arrange a competition for those taking part.
The club entered the UCLan mid week 8-a-side league at the University cricket ground. The club performed well and finished mid table. The club is looking to build on this by organising pre season training.

Once again, the regular coaching over summer was organised at Moor Park. Regular attenders as well as new players attended.
With support from the Football Foundation the regular coaching sessions were organised at three venues, West View Sports Centre, St. Augustine’s Sports Centre and Ashton High School. The culmination was a central venue tournament at West View Sports Centre.
